We are seeking a case manager supervisor with experience in the elder care continuum to manage our case management team. Through partnerships with insurers, Assured Allies will offer pre-claim support to aging adults and / or their family caregivers. The team of supervised Ally Case Managers will provide virtual case management, support to families, and coordination of services (e.g med management, home care, home modifications, OT/PT).
Our Ally Manager will have limited assigned case management responsibilities and will:
You should be innovative, organized, able to take initiative, and have effective time management skills. Successful track record as a mentor, manager and leader is critical for success. You should be open to new approaches to providing case management and comfortable working with a startup mentality. You will lead the Ally Case Manager team helping them implement a changing approach to managing risk, while challenging all to develop creative solutions.
