Assured Allies’ mission is to make aging sustainable. We empower older adults to live happier, healthier, and more independently at home, while reducing the financial burden associated with aging. As the first step in our journey, we are working with long term care insurance (ביטוח סיעודי) companies, building new solutions for this huge but struggling market. We use advanced statistical and machine learning algorithms, unique data collection methods and personalized, evidence-based clinical interventions. One of our products – the Age Assured program, which identifies near-future risks to policyholders and introduces customized interventions to mitigate them – is already live, while the construction and marketing of other products are well underway. We have raised a series A, and have offices in Tel Aviv and Boston, MA.

A bit about the role:

We are seeking an individual to manage the scheduling and tracking of requests for services and supplies from our contracted vendors. This includes selecting providers from our approved vendors for services and managing the order process. This role will also support general office administration, HR events, and operations as needed. The ideal candidate is organized, able to take initiative, and has effective time management skills. They should be able to adapt to a changing approach while challenging the team to develop creative solutions.

This is a full-time position and reports to the VP of Service and Operations.

To the qualified candidate we offer:

  • Salary based on experience, between $40,000-$45,000, Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, implement, and monitor scheduled services
  • Build and manage effective vendor relationships
  • Track scheduled services and status of completion
  • Effectively track and report contracted services to leadership
  • Work with internal staff to research, identify, and resource providers in support of our programs (As needed.)
  • Provide member- and Case Manager-generated feedback to improve program
  • Provide data entry support
  • Meetings administrations
  • General office admin support
  • Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Must have a college degree with ideally 1-2 years of post-university work experience
  • Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision
  • Full knowledge of MS Office/G Suite and other basic computer tools.
  • Must be comfortable with learning new software and technology tools.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Experience working with older adults is a plus.
