As the first step in our journey, we are working with long term care insurance companies, building new solutions for this huge but struggling market. We use advanced statistical and machine learning algorithms, unique data collection methods, and personalized, evidence-based clinical interventions. One of our products – the Age Assured program, which identifies near-future risks to policyholders and introduces customized interventions to mitigate them – is already live, while the construction and marketing of other products are well underway. We have raised a series A, and have offices in Tel Aviv and Boston, MA.

A bit about the role:

We are seeking a well-organized individual to support our business analysis needs of operations and engagement with a demonstrated ability to analyze datasets and pull out insights to improve business performance.

This is a full-time position and reports to the VP of Service and Operations.
*This is currently a remote position. We follow the MA phases and guidelines – eventually, work will be in our office located in Wellesley, MA.

To the qualified candidate, we offer a salary based on experience, between $55,000-70,000, and medical, dental, vision, PTO.

Responsibilities:

  • Your core responsibility will be to utilize the various datasets in our systems and help us better understand our key business drivers – both business processes and member engagement.
  • Extract data from the system of record (SalesForce).
  • Develop base reports for managing the daily operational needs of the business.
  •  Prepare daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly as needed based on reporting needs of the business unit.
  • Assemble data sets to track changes and specific needs over time and at a point in time.
  •  Ad hoc reports and investigations as defined by the business team.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a college degree with ideally 2-5  years of post-university work experience, ideally in an analytical, business environment. Degree or specific experience in Data Analytics is preferred.
  • Strong quantitative experience with the ability to generate insights and solutions from large data sets.
  • Salesforce Experience specifically in the area of report creation desired.
  • A ‘get stuff done’ mentality – willingness to take on new challenges and ownership of the process.
  • Strong critical thinking and verbal/written communication skills
  • Well versed in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
  • Must be comfortable with working within and learning new software and technology tools.
